    On-site quote

    For all but the smallest commercial jobs, we visit the site to provide a firm quote. We assess access, volume, special requirements (security, confidentiality, IT decommissioning) and any building-specific protocols.

  3. 03

    Schedule around your operations

    Out-of-hours, evening and weekend work available — most commercial jobs run after-hours to avoid disrupting tenants or staff. We'll work with your facilities manager or building manager on access and timing.

    Site protocols and walk-through

    On arrival we sign in (where required), confirm contact and walk through the scope. For multi-tenant buildings we coordinate with the building manager on lift bookings, loading dock access and protection of common areas.

    Loading with minimal disruption

    We use floor protection, corner guards and lift mats to keep common areas clean. Crew sizes scale to the job — a full floor of office furniture might be a four-person crew with two trucks running in parallel.

    Site clean-up and sign-off

    We sweep, vacuum (where needed) and do a final walk-through with the site contact for sign-off. For end-of-lease commercial jobs this is critical — your makegood inspection comes next.

    Confidential disposal

    Confidential paperwork goes through secure shredding partners. IT equipment and e-waste goes through accredited recyclers with data destruction certificates available on request. Office furniture in good condition goes to charity or commercial re-use partners.
